The ISO 9650 rafts in the configuration for Italy are designed for ocean navigation, built according to the most modern criteria to ensure safety and comfort even in the event of a prolonged stay on board.

In fact, the configuration of the support arch of the awning ensures greater height inside the passenger compartment, the platform combined with an external and an internal ladder facilitates getting on board, an inflatable double bottom and thermal protection bags ensure the maintaining an acceptable temperature even in case of intense cold.
The newly designed and large capacity ballast pockets ensure greater stability of the raft.

To allow a better level of survival on board, the equipment also includes rations of food and a fishing kit, in addition to drinking water and a first aid kit.

Furthermore, to facilitate identification during rescue operations, these rafts are equipped with external and internal light, with retro-reflective bands on the roofing tent, smoke bombs, flares and signal fires.
