By means of an electronic circuit, WATER WITCH activates the bilge pump when the water wets the sensors for at least 6/8 seconds and, to completely drain the water, the pump continues to operate for another 14/16 seconds after the level is dropped below the sensors.

Delayed start prevents alternate pump operation, caused by flushing the water.

ASSEMBLY
Mount the WATER WITCH about 3 cm above the normal water level, with the power cables coming out upwards. Make sure that the connection contacts with the pump and battery are above the water level.
This model can also be fixed on the pump by means of a clamp that embraces the body or that which secures the drain hose. The second sensor consists of the fixing bracket.
