It is also possible to pay in installments through Alma or PayPal. For technical details or additional fees, please refer to their official websites.

Can I modify or cancel an order after confirming it?

If the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us promptly via e-mail or WhatsApp to request a modification or cancellation. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, no further changes can be made.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times are usually indicated on the product page and may vary depending on product availability and destination. Generally, shipping occurs within 24–48 business hours for items in stock, while for out-of-stock products, delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days from payment confirmation.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight and destination.

Can I choose a different shipping address?

Yes, you can. During checkout, select the option “I want to ship to a different address” and fill in the desired address details.

Which courier do you use for deliveries?

We use trusted couriers such as BRT and GLS.

When are deliveries made?

Deliveries, unless otherwise agreed in writing, are made during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package in real time.

What happens if I’m not at home when the courier arrives?

If delivery fails, the courier will attempt a second delivery or leave a notice with instructions for collection at the nearest branch or pickup point.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we do. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes, you can choose free in-store pickup at our location in Cattolica (RN). You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.


Returns and Warranty

Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?

Of course! You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging.

How can I make a return to MtoNauticaStore?

To make a return, the product must be intact, unused, in its original packaging, and complete with all accessories received. Please contact us to receive the necessary instructions for the return procedure.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

How can I exchange an item?

If you wish to exchange an item, you have two options: you can wait for the return to be received and refunded, then receive a link to pay any price difference, or if you need the new item urgently, you can place a new order immediately and request a refund once the returned product has been received and verified.

What are the refund methods?

Refunds are made using the same payment method selected during purchase. Once the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be processed according to the timelines of the respective payment system. In the case of bank transfers or non-automatic payment methods, we may request the necessary details to complete the process.

How does the product warranty work?

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity. For assistance, please contact our customer service with proof of purchase and a full description of the issue, including photos if possible. Once authorized, the product will be collected and inspected. If the defect is covered by warranty, the item will be repaired or replaced. If the issue is due to wear or improper use, a repair quote will be provided.
