Hempel's High Protect II 35780 is a solvent-free, two-component, high build epoxy primer for treating and protecting against osmosis. Easy to apply with good tolerance to environmental conditions. Forms a hard, compact and water resistant coating.

Recommended use:
For use as a primer below the waterline of fiberglass or steel boats. Suitable for the prevention and repair of osmotic blisters in fiberglass boats both above and below the waterline.
